The client defines the freight payer / customer.
All data entered in this configurator window is either client-specific (once per client) or cross-client.
You can recognize this if the given data in this mask appears in the carrier configurators.

Note:

The check sum for your licence is calculated with the entered data for the first client. This means a change of the first client will expire your licence. The licence can only be restored by the Heidler Strichcode Support.

= Table (Initials / ID WaWi) =

The data in the table shows your clients and the associated Client IDs (WaWi IDs). From the small black arrow on the left of the table you can see which client is selected right now. Every client has its own row. To select and edit a client you can click on it.

= Create New Client: Button: “new“ =

To create a new client click on the button “new“. A new mask appears. Please note that a second client is not necessary if you only want to send on behalf of one of your customers.
To send with your current customer numbers and number ranges but with a new sender address on the label you can use the function neutral sender address (dispatch data -> neutr. Sender-address).

Every field which is marked with a (*) is mandatory. The rest is optional.

There are particularities with vertical logo and horizontal logo.

#If you print via DPL (without driver), you must enter the name of the logo which was burned on the printer. Only logos can be used which are available on the printer.
#If you print via driver, you have to save the logo as .pcx under HVS32\Logos\AbsenderLogos and enter the name of the file in the respective field.

= Edit Client =

If you change something on the lower fields, e.g. initials, but don´t want to safe it yet, you can press the “edit” button. This button takes the changes over but doesn’t safe them.

= Delete Client =

To delete a client you can click on “delete”. This doesn’t delete the client completely, it only gets locked. If you want to unlock it again, you have to go to dispatch master data -> client and remove the checkmark “Gesperrt” (locked).

= Edit sender address =

Here you can edit the address of the client.

The anonymization of customer data in accordance with the DSQVO is available in HVS32 from version 7.105.16.
If you use a older version you have to use the database archiving.

You can search and mark the desired data records in the investigation/information. Then, by selecting the "Anonymization" button, all personal data will be made irrecognizable. The data sets will not be deleted because some carriers still require them to generate lists or EDI files repercussive.

=Anonymization through database archiving=
The process of database archiving moves all data records to an archive database with selectable storage location.

Archived databases are not linked in the HVS32, but can be opened under “deliveries” > “archive info access”. That means you have the possibility to restrict the access to your archive data in accordance with your privacy laws by yourself.
You can also completely delete the generated archive database.
After the archiving process, the records are no longer in the productive HVS32 database. 
Anonymization can also take place within archive databases. 
To do this, the archive database must be integrated into the HVS through the Shipments:_archive info access.
For database archiving, we provide two tools:

= Anonymisierung von Empfängerdaten =

Seit Version 7.105.23 bietet HVS die Möglichkeit Kundendaten gemäß den Vorgaben der DSGVO zu anonymisieren. In vorhergehenden Versionen kann dies durch den Einsatz der Datenbankarchivierung erreicht werden.

= Anonymisierung =

Sie können die gewünschten Datensätze in der Auskunft suchen und markieren. Dann werden durch Anwahl des Buttons "Anonymisierung" alle personenbezogenen Daten unkenntlich gemacht. Die Datensätze dürfen nicht gelöscht werden da manche Frachtführer auch nach längerer Zeit noch fordern können Listen oder DFÜ-Dateien erneut zu erzeugen.

Die folgenden Felder werden unkenntlich gemacht:
* Namen
* Strasse
* Ansprechpartner
* Telefon-, Fax- und Mobilfunknummer
* EMail-Adresse
* Avis

Weitere Felder können in Absprache mit dem Heidler-Support eingeschaltet werden.

Zusätzlich ist es möglich bei einer Anonymisierung auch zugeordnete Kundendaten zu löschen, es wird aber empfohlen dies manuell über den [[Versanddaten:_Adress-Stamm|Adress-Stamm]] durchzuführen.

= Löschung durch Datenbankarchivierung =

Eine Datenbankarchivierung verschiebt alle Datensätze deren Verarbeitung vor einem wählbaren Datum liegt in eine Archivdatenbank mit wählbarem Speicherort. 
Archivdatenbanken sind nicht im HVS32 verlinkt, können von dort aber über den Menüpunkt ''Sendungen > Archivauskunft'' aufgerufen werden. D.h. bei einer Archiverung haben Sie dann durch die Wahl des Speicherortes die Möglichkeit nach Ihren Datenschutzregelungen den Zugriff auf Archivdaten für unberechtigte Personen einzuschränken. 
Selbstverständlich können Sie die erzeugte Archivdatenbank auch entsprechend komplett löschen. 
Nach einer Archivierung befinden sich die über einen Zeitraum definierten/ausgewählten Datensätze dann nicht mehr in der produktiven HVS32 Datenbank. 
Eine Anonymisierung kann auch innerhalb von Archivdatenbanken erfolgen, hierzu muss die Archivdatenbank in das HVS eingebunden werden: [[Sendungen:_Archiv-Auskunft]] und anschließend kann wie oben beschrieben ein datensatz anonymisiert werden.
 
Für die Datenbankarchivierung stellen wir zwei Tools zur Verfügung.
