DPD is discontinuing the cash on delivery service as of 01.12.2019.
As a result, you must deactivate the DPD cash on delivery function as follows from this point onwards:
- Deactivating the cash on delivery service
- Setup > Configurator > DPD > shipping service selection
- Remove the tick next to "Cash on delivery
- Click "Next
- Deleting dispatch types
- Setup > Dispatch master data > Edit > Dispatch methods
- Select DPD at the top right
- Delete all "DPD cash on delivery" shipping methods
