In the following the overview on how you can find out possible downtimes through the Monitoring- and archiving service.

In the installation directory of the Monitoring service you can find the settings file, in which you can see when the Monitoring services are terminated. It is located in the sub-folder Config -> gatewaypolling.properties e.g.: C:\Heidler\HVS32\HVS32MonitoringService\config\gatewaypolling.properties In older versions, the info is located in the config.xml in the folder HVS32MonitoringService. In this file you can see when the Monitoring services start and stop. These settings are identical for every day and can not be set for the day individually.

If you have several Monitoring services, the configuration file for each service has to be checked separately, because there could be different configurations set.

Regarding the archiving services, you can also find the information under the following link:

HVS32 database archiving service

Here you can check like this: Open the DBServiceKonfigurator in the DBService installation directory. Select the archiving configuration here, then the Option Scheduler. Here you can see when the archiving is executed.

After archiving starts, it runs several hours, dependent on the system performance and the database. To find out the rough time window, you can look into the folder Logs -> archive.log, how long the last archiving has lasted.

Please note that changes in the configuration (Monitoring as well as archiving) will only take effect after a restart of the corresponding services!
