Setup: systeminfo ( HVS32 EN )

menu: setup > systeminfo (HVS32)

This option will generate a so called "Systeminfo" text file in the folder ...\HVS32\Systeminfo\xxx.txt
This File contains complete information about the settings of your HVS32 Installation and helps the Heidler Support Team in case of support requests.

Content of a Systeminfo

The Systeminfo contains information like:

• HVS32 Version Number
• active licences
• Mandators/Clients
• Packaging places/workstations
• printer settings
• carrier configuration
