DPD is discontinuing the cash on delivery service as of 01.12.2019.

As a result, you must deactivate the DPD cash on delivery function as follows from this point onwards:

  1. Deactivating the cash on delivery service
  • Setup > Configurator > DPD > shipping service selection
  • Remove the tick next to "Cash on delivery
  • Click "Next



  1. Deleting dispatch types

  • Setup > Dispatch master data > Edit > Dispatch methods
  • Select DPD at the top right
  • Delete all "DPD cash on delivery" shipping methods
