Dispatch data: article

A module for simple article management is integrated in HVS, which can be activated if required. If you have purchased this module, you can use this mask to edit the item data.

Eingabemaske

The top line represents a filter option. Enter an item number or a part of it here and the display will be limited to the items whose item numbers fit the input.In der Liste können Sie über die Navigationselemente "Anfang", "Vorwärts", usw. blättern und über "Neu", "Bearbeiten" und "Löschen" die Einträge verwalten.

The input fields in the lower area are unlocked with "New" or "Edit". If you then click on "Save", your changes will be accepted, with the "Discard" button the original content will be restored.

Controls

Articles can be imported from a file using the "Load" button.

The "Clean" button deletes the entire article database!

Only use it if the item data is no longer needed or you have a backup!

 

 

Comments on individual fields

The assignments and interpretations of the fields can be adapted project-related, so only general information is mentioned here. Please discuss details with your project manager.

Customer article number (primary key)

This number is used to identify the article. The number must be unique, i.e. it must not appear twice.

Customer order no

An alternative number by which an item can be searched. This is often the number that the item will be listed under in your database if the CustomerItemID is not applicable.

This number does not have to be unique, but this makes it more difficult to find an item.

Item designations and group

These fields contain free text information that describes the item

Article Services

It is possible to assign services to certain articles. However, the exact behavior depends on the affected carrier modules.
