Below you will find the system requirements for operating the HFMS. Please also note the general information under System requirements

Operating systems

Note: A 64-bit operating system is required in any case

  • Windows Server 2019
  • Windows Server 2022
  • Windows 10 / 21H1
  • Windows 11

General minimum hardware requirements

  • CPU: 2 GHz Dual-Core CPU (At least one free core for the HFMS)
  • RAM: 2 GB available for the HFMS
  • HDD: 4 GB available for the HFMS and database
  • NET: 100 Mbit/s for internal network

General recommended hardware

  • CPU: 2 Ghz Quad-Core CPU with SMT
  • RAM: 4 GB available for the HFMS
  • SSD: 10 GB available for the HFMS and database
  • NET: 1 Gbit/s recommended for internal network / Internet connection for updates and support

Plugin requirements

Invoice Audit

The invoice audit can be accessed via a web interface.

The web interface requires a current HTML5-capable browser with support for Javascript and cookies.

The following browsers are actively supported and tested:

  • Firefox (Gecko): ESR 102 or latest version
  • Chrome (Blink): Latest version
  • Edge (Blink): Latest version

Internet Explorer is not supported.

SPM

The automatic dispatch type determination executes the determination of combinations and the tariff calculation simultaneously in separate threads. Depending on the number of simultaneous requests, number of combinations and number of possible shipping types, more than 100 threads can be executed simultaneously in individual cases.

This does not mean that this many cores must be provided. Rather, a sufficient buffer should be planned in advance depending on the shipping volume and complexity of the configuration.

Port forwarding

The ports listed here are only for the intranet and should not be forwarded externally. All ports can also be configured.

  • Port 9500: HTTP server for web interface and communication HVS32 -> HFMS
  • Port 9092: Database for using the configurator from a client PC
  • Port 8443: HTTPS server (optional - requires certificate)
