Label is printed on the wrong printer

Problem

The label is printed on the wrong printer although the printer name is delivered via the data set.

 

 

Solution

Check if the print spooler is active for the used output channel at the respective station.

Setup -> configurator -> general -> output channel.

Click on configure. Check if one of the spooler is selected and configured.

Also check if the correct output channel is selected in the station settings.
