On this mask you will find the descriptions of the host return file settings.
Attention The tab which is selected in the middle part (move file, ftp, email, create only) is active and will be used.
type of clause
In this part you set which reference the host return file records should have. Here you have the following options.
dispatch unit
- A record is stored for each package (even if it has been assigned with accompanying package delivery bills).
delivery note number
- One record is stored for each main delivery note number stored in the data quota. No accompanying packing delivery note numbers are taken into account.
delivery note with enclosure
- A record is stored for each delivery note number contained in the data quota. The accompanying packing delivery note numbers are also taken into account.
dispatch unit with delivery numbers
- One record is stored for each package and each delivery note number assigned to it. I.e. with by-pack consignments more than 1 record is stored for each package. The records with an accompanying packing delivery note number can be marked in a special delivery note status field with 'C' (like collective).
individually
- In this special form, the query SQL command is individually tuned on a project-by-project basis and then deposited by a Heidler admin

move file
The files are created in an intermediate directory and then moved to the final destination directory after creation.
transmission path
- You can enter the intermediate directory path in which the files should be created here.
ftp
The files are transferred via FTP after generation.
ftp server
- You can specify the IP address of the ftp server here.
Port
- At this field you must enter the port of the ftp server. By default this is 21.
username
- In order to log in, you must enter the user name with which you wish to log in.
passwort
- You can enter the password that belongs to the username here.
Klarschricht anzeigen
- Activate this option to display the password in plain text.
ftp folder
- You can specify the path on the ftp server where the files will be saved here.
Datei anhängen wenn vorhanden
- Lassen Sie Datei anhängen, wenn Sie schon vorhanden ist.
active
- Select this option to use an active connection.
passive
- Select this option to use a passive connection. .
After creation, the files are transferred by email as email attachments.
receiver address
- You can enter the email address to which the file should be sent here.
create only
If you select these settings, the files will be created, but will not be transferred after creation.
export format
You can select which export format you want to use here.
CSV
- CSV is a text format with variable field lengths and semicolon field separators.
SDF
- SDF is a text format with fixed field lengths.
automatically within end-of-day action
- With this option, you can enable automatic host backfile generation at each end-of-day operation.
