Post/DHL parcel cash-on-delivery surcharge adjustment

As already announced by DHL, the cash on delivery surcharge will no longer apply as of 01.03.2018

In the following video you can see which configurations have to be made in the HVS32 to adjust the to adapt to the discontinued cash on delivery surcharge

Necessary steps:

• Open the Post-/DHL parcel configurator
• Scroll to the bottom of the list and select the Cash on delivery tab
• Set the delivery fee to 0.00 euros in the corresponding text field
• Increase the surcharge by the amount of the delivery fee
• The previous two steps must be repeated for each customer
• Before leaving the configurator, click on "Next" so that the changes are applied
