Preparing

You need the latest routing file from your carrier. You will get them per e-mail or in your customer portal.

Approach

You must import the latest routing file in the configuration of the carrier. Please go to setup -> configurator and select the carrier module.

accept booth hints, then you can choose on the left site the menu "routing table". Click on "load routes" and choose the routing files which you want to import. Some carrier have different routing files for domestic and export routing, then there is a popup with the relevant information.

We recommend that you import the routing files only on the HVS32-Server and not from any clients. During the import you shouldn't process any shipments with this carrier.

The duration of the import is normally between 5 and 15 min.
